We are confident in the quality and efficacy of our products, and we’re sure that you are going to be more than satisfied with them too! If you feel unsatisfied with any of our products, or their results, please note that every Eczema Bye Bye sale is backed with a 125-day return policy, which means you have 125 days after receiving your item to request a return.   If you don't have the BEST skin you’ve ever had after using Eczema Bye Bye, just return the empty container and we’ll refund all of your money, including shipping! You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@eczemabyebye.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition.
Send the return packages to our warehouse in Texas.
The package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be credited.
